Returns are easiest when you prepare before there is a problem. Read the return window, product condition rules, and whether discounted or final-sale items can be returned.
If an item arrives with an issue, document it immediately. Take clear photos of the product, packaging, size tag, and any visible defect. Keep your order number and product link ready.
Do not remove tags, wash the item, or wear it outside if you are considering a return. Many stores require products to be unused and in original condition.
Track the return like a separate order. Record the date you contacted support, the return instructions, tracking number, refund amount, and final resolution. This makes follow-up much easier.
